Cutting, decoration, assembly, quality control and packing operate under one roof — on our own equipment, with our own staff.
Nothing critical subcontracted.

Pattern & development
Pattern making, grading, markers and PP samples from a tech pack or a reference garment.

Fabric & trims
Knitted fabric and trims sourced from vetted mills against approved composition, GSM, width, shrinkage and shade.

Cutting
Spreading, automatic cutting and five laser cutters. Bundles are ticketed and tracked by lot.

Decoration
Embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer and sealing — all on our own equipment.
05
Sewing
Twelve balanced lines. 505 machines. Lockstitch, overlock, coverstitch, flatseam and specialised knit operations.

Quality control
Five inspection points from incoming fabric to final random inspection at AQL 2.5.
07
Finishing
Thread trimming, pressing, measurement verification, labelling and metal detection on every garment.
08
Packing & export
Fold, polybag, carton and barcode to the buyer’s packing manual. Sea or air from Alexandria, Damietta and Cairo.

Inspection is not a single gate at the end of the line. It runs at five defined points through every order.
Quality systems- 01
Incoming fabric inspection
Every lot is checked on the 4-point system for defects, plus shade band, GSM, width, shrinkage and colour fastness before it is released to cutting.

Sealed PP sample
The approved PP sample, the tech pack and the approved strike-offs are sealed and issued to the line as the reference standard.
- 03
Inline quality checks
QC staff check at operation level against the sealed sample. Defects are traced to the operation and corrected at source.
- 04
100% end-of-line audit
Measurement verification against the size chart, construction, decoration placement, labelling and appearance after pressing.
- 05
Final random inspection — AQL 2.5
Carried out on packed cartons before sealing. Third-party inspection by the buyer’s nominated agency is welcome at any stage.
