Our quality system is built to catch problems where they start. Inspection is not a single gate at the end of the line — it runs at five defined points through the order.

Incoming fabric inspection
Every lot is checked on the 4-point system for defects, plus shade band, GSM, width, shrinkage and colour fastness before it is released to cutting.

Sealed PP sample
The approved PP sample, the tech pack and the approved strike-offs are sealed and issued to the line as the reference standard.

Inline quality checks
QC staff check at operation level against the sealed sample. Defects are traced to the operation and corrected at source.

100% end-of-line audit
Measurement verification against the size chart, construction, decoration placement, labelling and appearance after pressing.

Final random inspection — AQL 2.5
Carried out on packed cartons before sealing. Third-party inspection by the buyer’s nominated agency is welcome at any stage.
In-house laboratory
Physical testing on every incoming fabric lot.

GSM
Dimensional stability after wash. Colour fastness to washing, rubbing and perspiration. Pilling resistance. GSM verification. Third-party testing through the buyer’s nominated laboratory is arranged on request.
Every garment passes through metal detection before packing.
Any garment that triggers the detector is quarantined and re-worked before it can be packed. Third-party inspection is welcome at any stage.
