What we do with
what you send us.

The quote request form asks for your name, company, business email and country, which are required, and optionally your phone number, the programme and product category you are interested in, estimated quantity, target delivery date, fabric and decoration requirements, a free-text message, and a tech pack or artwork file if you attach one.

Nothing else is collected. There is no account, no newsletter sign-up and no hidden field.

Solely to answer your enquiry: to prepare a costing and a sampling plan and to correspond with you about it. It is not used for marketing lists, not sold, not shared with other manufacturers, and not published.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send, and, where an order follows, the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Submissions are delivered by email to the two people named on the contact page — Mohamed Beydoun and Mahmoud Morsy. Inside the factory it is seen by the colleagues needed to prepare your costing.

Delivery runs through a third-party form-to-email service, which processes the message in transit. Beyond that, enquiries are not passed to anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are required to by law.

Files you attach are treated as confidential and are used only to quote and, if you proceed, to produce your programme. An NDA can be signed before you send anything — ask and it will come back the same day.

This site sets no cookies at all — none for analytics, none for advertising, none to recognise you on a later visit. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no session recording, and nothing follows you to other sites.

We do count visits, using a cookieless measurement tool. It records aggregate figures — how many people opened a page, which country the request came from, which site referred it, and whether an enquiry form was submitted. It does not store an identifier for you, does not link one visit to the next, and gives us no way to work out who any individual visitor was.

When an enquiry is submitted we record that fact together with the programme type and product category selected. Your name, company, email, phone and message are never sent to the measurement tool.

Two further things reach third parties as an ordinary consequence of loading a web page. The world map is drawn with map tiles served by OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address in order to send the images. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operation.

Enquiries are kept as business correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship or the prospect of one is live, and then archived or deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to mahmoud@futurefashion-eg.com and you will get an answer.

Note that information sent to us from outside Egypt is transferred to and held in Egypt, where the factory operates.

If what this site does with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
