Social and environmental compliance at Future Fashion is verified by independent auditors and shared with buyers through their own systems. This page sets out what is certified, what is available on request, and how to check any of it yourself.
Labour & safety
Around 1,500 people work at the plant. Social compliance is audited by third parties, not self-declared — WRAP at Gold level since 2012, SMETA across labour standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety management.
Management system
Environmental management runs under ISO 14001 across the manufacturing and export operation. The practical gains come from how the factory is set up: computerised marker planning holds fabric utilisation up on every cut, and the 4-point inspection system stops defective fabric before it is spread rather than after it is sewn.
On request
Recycled polyester and organic cotton are available on request against your approved specification. These are sourced per programme from vetted mills — they are an option we run when a buyer specifies them, not a blanket claim about everything the factory produces.

Verification
Every claim on this page is one you can check through an independent party. Nothing here depends on trusting a supplier’s own marketing.
We are registered on the Sedex platform and share SMETA results directly through your own Sedex account, so you read the report rather than our summary of it.
Third-party inspection by your nominated agency is welcome at any stage of an order — incoming fabric, inline, end-of-line or final random inspection.
Current certificates and scope statements are issued with each programme. Ask and they are sent with the costing.

Scope
Everything above is either certified by a named body or offered as an option on a programme. Emissions, water and energy figures are deliberately not published here: a number that has not been through third-party verification is worth nothing to a buyer, and we would rather answer the question properly than decorate a page with it.
Recycled polyester and organic cotton are run when a buyer specifies them — they describe those programmes, not the whole output of the factory. If your programme carries reporting requirements of its own, raise them at the enquiry stage and they can be answered in writing against your specification.
Compliance
