How a programme runs.

Starting a programme
Send a tech pack, a reference garment, or simply a description and a target price. We come back with a costing, a fabric recommendation and a sampling timeline. If the style is new, we develop the pattern from scratch.

Sampling
Proto and fit samples are made in the sample room on the same machinery as bulk. Once fit is approved we issue a PP sample on bulk fabric and bulk trims, which is sealed and becomes the production standard.

Bulk & repeat
We hold the approved pattern, spec and shade standard so a repeat order matches the original run. Buyers receive production updates against agreed milestones through to shipment.
What you can expect from us.
- A named contact who follows your order from enquiry to shipment.
- Costing you can interrogate — fabric, trims, decoration and making charge shown separately.
- Honest dates. If a delivery is at risk we tell you when we know, not when it is due.
- Your standard, sealed. The approved PP sample governs the order, not a verbal agreement.
- Access. Factory visits and third-party inspections are welcome at any stage.
